Roboview can read a mixture of different languages in applications such as Internet browsers, word processors and E-mail programs. Using Roboview makes it possible to display Chinese and Hangul characters in their native code which up to now could not be displayed in Japanese Windows.
In other countries there are many pages in Chinese which cannot be read even if the browser fonts are set to Chinese. This is due to the fact that the pages are created using special application software. Roboview allows you to view these types of home pages.

Excellent support for complicated Chinese input
|

The Chinese input support of Roboview is compatible with both simplified character mode (Pinyin input) and traditional character mode (Pinyin input, sounds input). Further, traditional character Chinese (BIG5 code) used in Taiwan and Hong Kong can also be input in Pinyin. Because of this, Roboview can be used without any problems occurring with Chinese and European languages which do not have unified input formats.

Multilingual support kit
When using the input functions of Roboview you must pre-install the additional components for Multilingual support of Microsoft Internet Explorer Ver. 4.0 or higher. For details on how to obtain Internet Explorer Ver. 4.0 or higher and the additional components refer to the Users Manual included in the package. (Internet Explorer and the additional components are not included with this product.) If you are using a version of Internet Explorer older than Ver. 4.0, Netscape or another browser, each module can be downloaded from the following site.
